Oakleaf are working exclusively with a fast-paced growing retail organisation based in Central London. They are looking for an Interim Reward Consultant. This role is a brand new 11 month contract to start asap.

This is a specialist Compensation & Benefits role to work closely with the HR team covering the EMEA and Canada regions. Additionally this role will provide vital support to the implementation of brand new system along with reporting and reviewing as well.

Lead the process and co-ordination of company salary and bonus review

Employee Information and Reward Reporting and Analysis

Lead development and delivery of communication and training of reward practices

Will act as internal subject matter expert to projects and senior meetings for future reward strategy and projects in play
