A US Law firm based in The City are recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team. This role will provide day-to-day operational support to the London office as part of the wider HR team. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):Acting as first point of contact for all employee queries, ensuring that policies and procedures are appropriately and fairly appliedAssisting with the on-boarding processes for new joiners, in conjunction with Recruitment and Professional DevelopmentAssisting with the management of parental leaves, returns to work planning, KIT days, arranging parental transition coaching etc.Providing support to the Payroll and Benefits Officer on employee benefits administration, management and queriesProviding support to the Recruitment Manager with graduate recruitment activitiesDeveloping expertise on HRISMonitoring absence, including return to work interviews and occupational health referralsManaging flexible working requests and ensuring reference requests are processed in a timely mannerAssisting with performance issues and investigating complaintsSupporting on Firm's diversity and inclusion initiativesAd hoc project workAs the Senior HR Advisor, you will possess:Strong academics, ideally to degree level and CIPDMinimum of 5 years relevant experience, ideally within LegalStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levelsStrong attention to detailStrong communication skills both written and verbalGood working knowledge of English employment law and dealing with ER issuesIf this Senior HR Advisor role is of interest, please apply directly.
