Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a newly created Recruitment Manager opportunity for our client, a global professional services firm based in the City of London. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role is responsible for managing all aspects of trainee and associate recruitment for the London office. As the Recruitment Manager you will be expected to build and develop the firm's recruitment processes and provide strategic input into campaigns to ensure our client is able to recruit the highest calibre candidates. This is a particularly hands-on role where your strong relationship skills will be invaluable in working alongside partners and other key stakeholders to ensure the day to day management of the London recruitment function. As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate: Experience of graduate and associate recruitment within a law firm or professional services firmStrong experience of building effective working relationships with internal stakeholdersDirect sourcing and social media experienceCommercial awareness and focus on business and HR strategyExcellent understanding of the businessAbility to provide MI, statistics and market dataGood understanding of employment and immigration law
