We think that this business is a bit special…

This business has a truly compelling story to tell and we are failing to find reasons why people would not want to work for them. The business that you will be working for has about 800 employees working for it and this will grow to in excess of one thousand this year. This is where you come in…

As well as leading a recruitment team that will help bring the best talent going into the business, you will get to help influence and develop how things are done from a recruitment perspective. This will not be a boring role!

This role is with one of the fastest growing fintechs. Only 9 years old, but with 22 offices in 19 countries already and still all about growth in new markets/geographical regions as well as existing ones.

You will have no shortage of opportunities to develop your career with a great organisation - this is a genuinely exciting time to join a market leading technology business that is experiencing incredible growth.

What will be keeping you busy?

Whilst also recruiting yourself, you will manage the recruitment team that is spread across 22 different countries. You will be responsible for creating a first class recruitment function that demonstrates a clear return on investment for the business. Your role will include identifying technology requirements, advertising partners and establishing a list of trusted and cost effective recruitment agencies. You will work hard to reduce agency spend and focus entirely on direct sourcing initiatives for junior roles.

You will work closely with your reports across these countries to share best practices, candidate assessment evaluations, scorecards, and sourcing strategies.

Your team will build effective local networks, talent pools, and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent. Getting the right people into the business is key and accurately evaluating candidates based on purpose and values alignment, and core success criteria will be fundamental to ensuring that attrition rates are reduced.

You will be expected to get as much value as possible from suppliers and source as many roles directly as is feasible. Part of this business’ success stems from it’s ability to reduce it’s costs and this applies to recruitment. We often find that tighter budgets encourage creativity and this is why we are looking for someone that will be creative in their approach to hiring great talent for our client without a high agency spend.

Who are we looking for?

Ultimately we want a strategic talent acquisition specialist with the ability manage and develop a high performing team.  You will be happy to roll your sleeves up and recruit with an ability to manage a number of roles at any one time. We would like to see people that have managed reports that are based in different locations.

You are a connector, a proactive pipeline builder, a lover of hyper-growth, social media, and technology. You are looking for a role where you are executing on recruitment initiatives, actualising sourcing strategies, driving consistent structured interview processes while helping hire talented values aligned people for the organisation. candidate experience is important. culture is important. quality is important. ego is not.

Industry experience is not essential but we would like to see people that have experience of volume sales recruitment at a junior level. We want to see someone with good networking and headhunting skills as this will be useful for more senior roles.

You have over 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience (ideally recruiting for high volume sales roles in a high tech environment specialising in building & fostering relationships with sales professionals. You enjoy working autonomously, but also within a diverse high performing team that moves at light speed.

We are looking for someone who wants to get in, ramp up quickly, and help our client execute our recruiting objectives globally. The role is ideal for someone looking for a great opportunity to get a feel for the company, understand each region and key stakeholders, have some fun while making an impact, and be a part of a rapidly growing global business that is a leader in it’s market. As the organisation and team grows and scales, some incredibly exciting opportunities await…

Company

Fetch Recruitment was set up by Yasmin Elezaj and Tommy Gale in 2017.  After years of working in and managing successful recruitment businesses, they decided to go into business together and have created an expert team.

Both with young families and very similar values in and out of work, they realised that they could offer excellent service to clients that were looking for a different approach to recruitment.

As such, Fetch is a very family oriented business.  We believe that if our recruiters have a good work-life balance, this will reflect in the service that they deliver for clients. This plays out in the quality of service that we provide.

Our team are not chained to their desks with their phone times being monitored. They are trusted to do what they are good at and because of this they go over and above. They all work from home and this means that we have good coverage across the UK as our team are spread out.

We created a commercial proposition that allows us to offer a far superior level of service to clients for much lower fees than our competitors. Everything that we do is about providing exceptional value and we think that we do this really well.
