A stand alone strategic HR Business Partner role

A small manufacturing business based in Leeds.

Client Details

A well established, growing, manufacturing business based in Leeds.

Description

Reporting into the Site Director you be in a stand alone role partnering the business with a commercial focus for all aspects of HR for approx 60 employees including:

  • Working with key stakeholders across the business
  • Coaching, guiding upskilling employees and managers
  • Focus on value add HR projects
  • Responsible for driving employee engagement
  • All aspects of operational HR

Profile

  • Have previously worked in a manufacturing environment
  • Have previously operated in a stand alone HR role
  • Have the ability to work in a commercial environment with a focus on value add HR
  • Have the ability to partner senior stake holders
  • Have practising Employee Relations knowledge
