My client, a leading Professional Services firm based in The City are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Assistant to join their team. Forming part of the HR team, this role along with the wider Graduate Recruitment team will be responsible for attracting and recruiting graduates, apprentices, industrial placement and summer interns across the national offices. As the Graduate Recruitment Assistant, key responsibilities will be:

Becoming a super-user on the applicant tracking system - adding vacancies, contacting candidates and administering psychometric tests

Reviewing and scoring application forms

Coordinating assessment days and ensuring a positive experience is had for both candidates and internal stakeholders

Coordinating interviews

Responding to ad hoc trainee queries

Completing initial offer paperwork and liaising with the HR Support Team regarding new joiner admin

Assisting the L&D team with September inductions

Developing hand-on recruitment skills e.g. telephone interviews and evaluating and scoring candidate performance on assessment days

Creating reports on applications and stages of the recruitment process

Updating firm profiles and adverts on relevant websites

Organizing and attending university careers fairs and other adhoc events

Assisting with purchasing all graduate merchandise

Helping to create engaging content for website and social media

Researching market trends and other related information as required

Providing cover for experienced hire team where appropriate

Ad hoc project work such as diversity and inclusion

As the Graduate Recruitment Assistant, you will possess:

Education to degree level

Previous recruitment or office admin experience

A genuine interest in trainee recruitment and attraction

Strong organizational skills both written and verbal

Ability to work with a range of candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels
