My client, a leading Professional Services firm based in The City are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Assistant to join their team. Forming part of the HR team, this role along with the wider Graduate Recruitment team will be responsible for attracting and recruiting graduates, apprentices, industrial placement and summer interns across the national offices. As the Graduate Recruitment Assistant, key responsibilities will be:Becoming a super-user on the applicant tracking system - adding vacancies, contacting candidates and administering psychometric testsReviewing and scoring application formsCoordinating assessment days and ensuring a positive experience is had for both candidates and internal stakeholdersCoordinating interviewsResponding to ad hoc trainee queriesCompleting initial offer paperwork and liaising with the HR Support Team regarding new joiner adminAssisting the L&D team with September inductionsDeveloping hand-on recruitment skills e.g. telephone interviews and evaluating and scoring candidate performance on assessment daysCreating reports on applications and stages of the recruitment processUpdating firm profiles and adverts on relevant websitesOrganizing and attending university careers fairs and other adhoc eventsAssisting with purchasing all graduate merchandiseHelping to create engaging content for website and social mediaResearching market trends and other related information as requiredProviding cover for experienced hire team where appropriateAd hoc project work such as diversity and inclusionAs the Graduate Recruitment Assistant, you will possess:Education to degree levelPrevious recruitment or office admin experienceA genuine interest in trainee recruitment and attractionStrong organizational skills both written and verbalAbility to work with a range of candidates and internal stakeholders at all levelsIf this Graduate Recruitment Coordinator role is of interest, please apply directly.
