Senior HR Assistant - Professional Services
A leading Professional Services firm based in The City, are recruiting for a Senior HR Assistant to join their team. As the Senior HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:Preparing offer letters and contracts and partner paperworkCollating packs for employment and partner offers and ensuring there's always an up to date supplyProcessing all pre-employment checks and following up where necessaryProviding regular updates to the recruitment team regarding status of new joiners and relevant paperwork and escalating any issuesConducting first day meetings for all London based joinersFull responsibility for ensuring new joiner files are completedAcknowledging all leavers and calculating holiday balancePreparing leaver documentationEnsuring all end to end processes are completed accurately and within the agreed deadlines and SLA's escalating any issues as appropriate with regards to all administrative processesAssisting with managing the day to day administration tasks that fall to the teamProcessing monthly sickness reports and highlighting any issuesEnsuring all HR files are kept up to date and stored securelyAssisting in the production of salary review lettersAssisting with reviewing any new HR policies and proactively making suggestions for improvementsAs the Senior HR Assistant, you will possess:Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR departmentPrevious experience working in a fast-paced teamStrong attention to detail and organization teamsStrong IT skillsAbility to work under pressureIf this Senior HR Assistant role is of interest, please apply directly.
