Financial Accountant

Ashley Kate UK are pleased to be working with a high profile client who are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their site in Northampton on a 17-month contract for maternity cover.

The role is full time and you will be responsible for managing a team of three accountants for the business and reporting to senior managers.

The responsibilities in the role include;

·Compile, review and submit quarterly VAT returns and annual statutory accounts
·Monthly Group reporting
·Reconciliations
·Balance sheet validations
·Ensuring all Group accounting policies are adhered to
·Managing and developing the accounts team

You should be part or fully CIMA or ACCA qualified with experience of Financial accounts and management with a commercially savvy and can do attitude.

The role offers variety and development opportunities and will occasionally involve UK travel.
