My client an international Real Estate business are hiring a Graduate Recruiter to join their dynamic and collaborative team in central London!You will be joining an award-winning graduate recruitment team to work in a fast paced and high-profile role. My client has had an award-winning graduate programme for the last 12 years! They are looking for a career focused team player who will help them find the best, most diverse talent to match the businesses needs for the future. You will be reporting to the Graduate Recruitment Officer who plays a key role in sourcing, attracting and assessing students onto their apprenticeship, work experience and graduate programmes. They are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, as well as providing an exceptional and quality candidate experience. Key activities include supporting the recruitment team with:MarketingUniversity and School Liaison (events, placements etc)Applicant and stakeholder managementEvent co-ordination - attraction and selectionOversight of the contract administration processAssist with School and University events, managing relationships with Careers teams, business representatives and studentsEvents managementInterview schedulingInternational placements administrationKey contact for queriesSend/manage applications in the applicant management system (Oleeo / RARE)Business stakeholder management and liaisonCareers fairs and University events (booking, organisation, attendance)Preparation for, hosting of and running assessment centres then providing feedback and arranging interviews withContribute to website, marketingPerson Specification Personable team player, highly collaborativeResilient and independent, works well under pressureExcellent planning and organisational skillsExcellent interpersonal / communication skillsGood research skills and strong attention to detailSensitive, discreet and diplomaticEnergetic and self-motivated, uses initiative and acts independently, without close supervisionPro-active and keen to take ownership
