Page Personnel are working with a leading industrial organisation based in Kingston Upon Hull, who are actively seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their HR function.
This is a very fast-paced and varied position, reporting directly into the Head of HR and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle.

Description
In a busy and varied Senior HR Advisor position in Kingston Upon Hull, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:
- Provide strong support across the varied generalist remit of HR
- Provide expert advice on a range of complex HR queries, in accordance with HR policies and legislative requirements
- Coach, support and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices
- Be strongly involved and manage the recruitment process from administering the process, assisting with interviews, to offer letter
- Assist with Admin and implementation of annual pay reviews and bonus system
- Support employees in the identification of training providers and manage the resourcing and evaluation of any T&D activities undertaken
Profile
- Extensive HR background, and up-to-date employment law knowledge
- CIPD qualified preferred
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Good communication skills
