Researcher - Onsite Executive Search Team

We are currently recruiting for an Onsite Researcher, working within a very established Executive Search environment. As the Researcher, your role will have a focus on sourcing suitable candidates for the team's roles along with building your network and talent pools of candidates as well as delivering market intelligence and mapping projects. As the Researcher, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Working with the consultants to challenge, advise on and fully understand specific role briefs

Agreeing with consultant specific deliverables on each role with clearly defined timescales

Name gathering to gain suitable prospects for specific roles, using direct approaches, database mining techniques and networking to ensure efficient delivery of quality candidates to respective consultant

Collating and recording creative methods of candidate identification and sourcing to minimize the use of third party suppliers

Ensuring all talent vacancies are fully specified and tracked through the correct authorization and sourcing channels

Producing timely and accurate reporting of activity within their respective business area for the internal use of the Talent team

Attending wherever practical any face-to-face role briefings given by client, and have active participation in these meetings regarding candidate research methods, market conditions with relation to candidate sourcing

Ability to negotiate rates/salaries, present and sell candidates to relevant consultant within their business areas, ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology

As the Researcher, you will possess:

Experience with headhunting/searching methods and more specifically around research strategies and screening

An understanding of the contract/permanent market

Experience utilizing all relevant web and database resourcing methods as well as direct sourcing

Strong education, ideally to degree level
