Regional HRBP - Based West Drayton with travel to London/Ipswich and West Country - £35,000 to £40,000 + Car - 4 to 6 Month contract

This national organisation is the leading provider of equipment services to local authorities and the NHS across the UK

Your new role

As a HR Business Partner you will be part of the Regional Management Team and will be responsible for the contribution of both strategic and operational plans. You'll work closely with key stakeholders and coach and build the capability of the Management Team to ensure organisational success.
This is a regional role covering 4 sites in London, 1 site in Ipswich and several sites in the Bristol/Somerset area, there is also a need to spend time at the Head Office in West Drayton

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be an experienced HR professional who has ideally carried out a multi site role within a fast paced, customer facing environment . Ideally you will have experience of TUPE (both in and out) and have strong employee relations exposure
