Senior Occupational Health Advisor - Gloucestershire-

We are currently looking for a qualified, robust Senior OHA to join one of our clients on full time basis on a 6 months interim basis.

Our client are happy to consider someone working as a contractor (££ Hourly rate negotiable) or someone on a fixed term contract (££ salary up to circa £50k)

You will be based on one client site in Gloucestershire; some flexibility maybe required to occasionally travel to other client sites around Gloucester/ Herford for meetings etc.

You will be line managing a team of 8 staff so previous line management experience will be essential for this role.

*The post holder will provide leadership and direction to the clinical team
*The post holder will be professionally accountable and required to act autonomously in providing clinical advice and guidance to other clinical professionals based on own specialist skills, knowledge and experience of occupational health.
*The post holder will be responsible for relevant clinical polices and oversee companies standards and processes in order to ensure they are fit for purpose and are delivered consistently across all aspects of the Service's work for which the clinical team are accountable.
*The post holder will be a member of the senior management team and will have clinical and professional input into the planning, provision and future direction of the Service.
