There is a high volume of contractors within the organisation which means On-Boarding experts are very important to keep everything flowing. The Hiring Associate is a vital cog in the machine and ensures new contractors have everything they need to thrive upon joining this exciting business.
Some of the responsibilities required of the Hiring Associate:
Preparing legal documentation
Managing the front end and back end tasks for on-boarding contractors
Resolving contractors legal and compliance issues
Vendor management
Using Oracle HRMS and Avature
Coaching managers to follow the process and tools
Report analytics
Preparing exit reports
Ensure the first day new joiner's have proper inductions
The candidate would need to be available to start within 2 weeks and the process will be smooth!
