Client Details
My client is one of the UK's largest private property companies, established roughly 7 years ago. They cover asset management, property management and facilities management of an extensive client portfolio.
Description
- Leading the annual performance management cycle;
- Leading bi-annual talent and succession reviews;
- Contributing to talent strategy;
- Overseeing the development and delivery of early talent;
- Coaching star rises;
- Move the paper-based performance management process online and ensure that people managers and their teams are equipped to use and get the most from the system
- Manage the mid-year and year-end performance processes ensuring that outputs are provided in a timely fashion to the Workforce team for pay review purposes
- Analyse data in bulk and produce good quality reports
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team;
- Build career and development paths to create guidance for colleagues aspiring to develop their careers;
- Managerial responsibilities.
Profile
- Degree level or equivalent vocational/professional qualification or equivalent professional experience in organisational psychology;
- Coaching Qualification;
- Accreditation to use level A&B psychometrics;
- Expert knowledge and extensive working experience of different performance management methodologies;
- Expert knowledge on different approaches to talent and succession review;
- Extensive experience of developing and implementing approaches to performance management in different organisational settings e.g. operational environments as well as corporate settings;
- Experience of stakeholder management - to include HR colleagues and business leaders;
- Experience of creating career paths;
- Numerate and IT literate (capable of producing own reports / documents/presentations as appropriate)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Job Offer
- £50,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience);
