Payroll Administrator - £28k - £35k- Accountancy Firm - City of London

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to a rapidly growing Accountancy firm based in the city.

The ideal candidate would have experience with using Star and must have a strong Payroll Bureau background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process client's payroll using star.

  • Dealing with queries over the telephone

  • Calculating payments and deductions of PAYE, tax, national insurance, SMP, SSP, holiday pay, staff loans, season ticket loans and bonuses

  • Submission of end of year returns including printing P60's

  • RTI reporting

Skills required:

  • Star system knowledge is essential

  • Experience in a payroll bureau environment is essential

  • Flexible work attitude
