HR Advisor

I am delighted to be working with a well renowned professional services organisation based in Thame who are seeking a hands on HR Advisor. This is a great opportunity to work for an international business who believe in development of their employees.

As the HR Advisor you will work in a busy HR team supporting a head count of 460 employees across the UK and Europe. You will act as the first point of contact for all general HR enquires and will support managers with operational day to day HR activities. You will take the lead on all starters/leavers, pre employment checks, HR reporting and will support recruitment on various recruitment based projects as well as note taking on ER case work.

This is a really varied role which is hands on and requires someone who enjoys working across the generalist remit.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate working within a similar role where you have provided generalist HR support. You will be self-motivated, a proactive team player have a good knowledge of current relevant employment law and good working knowledge of HR policies and procedures. You will be well organised with excellent communication skills and ideally will be CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification.

This role is full time however part time hours well be considered. You must be a car driver as the client is not accessible on public transport.
