HR Advisor - Legal

A Magic Circle Law Firm are recruiting for an HR Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Supporting on day-to-day HR issues

Monitoring and reporting on sickness absence

Providing support to secondees and meeting new joiners and following up with them

Providing assistance as required to the HR Managers in delivering salary reviews

Keeping up to date with all staff movements

Providing monthly and ad hoc reports as required

Supporting resourcing team on recruitment

Providing advice and support to mangers on ER matters

Advising staff on policies and procedures and providing HR operational support

As the HR Advisor, you will possess:

Proven HR experience

Strong academics, ideally to degree level

Experience of working with HR systems

Ability to be flexible and work across a range of client groups

Strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills both verbal and written
