Ashley Kate are currently working with a national health provider based in North London in their search for a Senior Recruitment Coordinator. This is offered for an initial 3 month FTC but is very likely to be extended.

About you:

You will be a detail orientated HR Coordinator/Internal Recruitment professional with the passion and drive to fill this fast paced role.

To be considered for this role you must be available immediately or have a short notice period (less than two weeks).

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HR role.
  • Part-qualified CIPD beneficial but not absolutely essential.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and HR practices and processes.
  • Attention to detail, organisation and time management and the ability to work to tight deadlines essential.
  • Intermediate to Advance level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience using a HR system (Workday would be beneficial).
  • Strong willed with the confidence to work closely with Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong written and verbal.
  • A team player who can also work on own initiative.



About the role:

You will join a friendly and hardworking team and report to the Recruitment Manager.

Your main duties will include -

  • Utilise the recruitment management system to co-ordinate recruitment requests.
  • Liaise with Recruiting Managers for advert approval and provide advice on suitable advertising media, whilst monitoring the effectiveness of this.
  • Take the lead with the development of social media recruitment
  • Assist on selection panels as agreed by line manager.
  • Transfer successful candidates to the on-boarding portal.
  • Create electronic employee files for new employees ensuring that the pre-employment verification process has been completed.
  • Be responsible for the management of the casual worker administration process.
  • Accurately input new starters and casual worker information to the HRIS
  • Attend and minute meetings as required.
  • Participate in adhoc projects within the HR Team as required.
  • Being able to influence and challenge managers appropriately, as necessary.
