Reward Coordinator - Telford

£23,000 - 24,000

Oakleaf Partnership are excited to be partnered with a well known professional services organisation based in Telford. Working as part of a larger HR team this individual will form a fundamental part of the Reward department. You will be responsible for supporting the reward team on a variety of administrative duties, including the organisation of events.

Main responsibilities:

  • Mange a calendar of reward events and assist with preparation of events
  • Analysing and reporting on management information to the wider HR team to ensure they are providing the best service in their reward and benefits area
  • Support on ad hoc projects
  • Dealing with any general enquires around reward and benefits
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all reward and benefit processes

Experience:

  • Experience analysing management information
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Confident communication
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
