This is a brand new role to join a national team across the UK reporting to the National Training Manager. You will support operational managers to embed and operate the T&C scheme across the group.

 

This is a key role ensuring all aspects of the scheme are adhered to so managers and people are competent to deliver amazing experiences to their external customers. The first 12 months will mainly be working as part of the project and help with the roll out looking after all communications, engagement and understanding the activity in the group.

Key responsibilities including (not limited to):

  • Support in the design, development, evaluation and continuous improvement of the T&C schemes
  • True business partnering and support to the mid-senior managers to ensure teams have the skills needed
  • Work with L&D and Quality Manager to ensure trends are identified and factored into Training Needs Analysis
  • Support L&D to ensure training programmes and assessment align with the scheme principles
  • Identify themes and risk across the business in terms of development or gaps
  • Analyse T&C MI, interpret the data and feedback/draw conclusions
  • Ensure TCF is embedded in the culture

Skills and knowledge needed:

  • Experience working in an FCA regulated organisation is a must
  • QCF Level 3 educated
  • Understanding of the FCA Framework (ICOB/SYSC/TC Sourcebooks)
  • In-depth experience working in L&D end-to-end
  • Strong verbal and written communications experience coupled with the ability to influence and challenge key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills & delivered accurate reports and MI to stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work as part of a team and individually
