Public Service client is recruiting for an Equality and Diversity Advisor for 6 months

Your new company
Our public service client is looking to recruit for an Equality and Diversity Advisor for a 6 month temporary position in their head quarters in Lewes. Reporting to the Strategic Organisational Development Manager you will have relationships with the HR team, Directors, I&D Champions and the Inclusion & Partnership Manager.

Your new role
As a D&I Advisor you will deliver the D&I Action Plan with support from colleagues, to support the the equality analysis and equality (people) impact assessments through coaching, training and quality assurance as well as supporting and working with the Strategic OD Manager in delivering cultural change through values and behaviours.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will need to be CIPD level 5/7 or equivalent, experience within equality and diversity and it would be beneficial to have experience within the public sector.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an hourly pay of £18.34 (including holiday pay) or the option to work on a FTC for £31,544 per annum for 6 months, there will also be opportunity to extend this time period for the right candidate. You will also receive excellent benefits + flexible working.
