My client, a leading national charity, an innovative and rapidly growing social enterprise now has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This reports to the Head of Organisational Design and People Development and will work closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver an ambitious strategy to further embed D&I into the organisation and to continue to innovate in key focus areas. This is an exciting role and provides an excellent opportunity for an individual with relevant experience and enthusiasm for D&I to deliver a high-quality programme. Key Responsibilities:Responsible for leading on continuous improvement actions and innovation in the key focus areas of the strategyDevelop understanding of the Inclusion and Social Impact strategy, leveraging opportunities to further integrate the D&I programmeWork closely with the recruitment teams to ensure we recruit from the widest possible pool of talentManage our employee-led diversity networks to develop a full roster of events and communications across the yearLead on submissions to Diversity and Inclusion benchmarks and awardsDrive implementation of internal and external communications on Diversity and Inclusion, for example, updating and maintaining the content on the Corporate Website and internal intranetKeep abreast of research and thought leadership in the Diversity and Inclusion field and attend related events and seminarsDevelop and maintain a network of Diversity and Inclusion relationships inside and outside of the sectorResponsible for data collation and reporting, including regular tracking and monitoringEvaluate the impact of activity against key Diversity and Inclusion performance indicators and policyDevelop, where appropriate, new policies and proceduresSet-up and manage employee Alumni To be successful for this position you should have significant understanding and experience of Diversity and Inclusion and a proven trackrecord of delivering Diversity and Inclusion related projects. You should be a skilled influencer and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to workcollaboratively with a diverse range of people.
