Coordinate for Production and Install scopes of work in support of a project management and technical manager.

To be a key player for an extremely exciting project for a global business!
Description
- Support of all production management team members
- File Management (client facing and internal)
- Transmittals
- Team Travel (booking and itineraries)
- Expense Reports
- RFIs
- Note Taking/Publishing
- Research
- Calendar coordination (client & internal)
- Travel coordination
- Vendor Recaps (circulation and filing)
- New team onboarding of project standards
- Knowledge of Interior design packages for coordination and communication preferred
- Reports to Project Manager
Profile
- Degree (or equivalent work experience) in a related field such as: Theatrical Design and Production, Creative Producing and Management, Architecture, Exhibition Design, Fabrication
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, PPT or Keynote
- Preferred knowledge of photoshop, illustrator, project management software
Job Offer
- Available to start at the beginning of May
- Require to travel across Scotland (ad- hoc)
