An international financial services firm are looking for a HR Talent & Engagement Project Lead for 1 year fixed term contract.

The role could certainly extend beyond this- salary up to- 65,000 + bonus and benefits, based in London, City. This role will sit within the Group Head Office.

The company are undergoing a de-merger which has created huge amounts of business change and transformation. The Group Head of HR and the HRBP are looking for further support with all upcoming and current vital projects that have arisen due to the change. The role will suit somebody who is comfortable with change and ambiguity, need to be flexible, to want to get involved with both operational and strategic elements of project work.

The African branch is growing rapidly and this role will support the Head of HR with a number of initiatives and projects that will be implemented related to engagement, talent and learning & development.

You will lead and support on key projects including producing proposals, project plans, monitoring and tracking progress, managing the communications to the business. Using HR knowledge, you will be creative in designing ideas, inputting new concepts. The role will also require you to create board level presentations that will act as proposals and updates for HR initiatives.

The role will also require somebody who can manage data, who can use Excel and Powerpoint proficiently and who is able to present to stakeholders and offer an advisory/generalist HR service simultaneously.
