The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, the role has a purpose to design and deliver talent initiatives that will allow the Company and its people to achieve an ambitious set of goals.

The role will combine strategy with execution and will require an individual to:
*Work with senior stakeholders to establish a leadership code for what the Business feel their leaders should be
*Develop and drive the delivery the talent development strategy to ensure the Company build employee capabilities, develop leaders and retain key talent to meet business objectives.
*Design and implement a development strategy which enables all areas of the Organisation to use sustainable methodologies which retain and develop talented people.
*Work with senior stakeholders to establish a leadership code for what the Business feel their leaders should be
*Partner with Business leaders and the People Team to develop and deliver high quality, effective technical and behavioural training programmes necessary to future proof capability and talent
*Work alongside the Business to create succession plans for key roles and ensure there are talent initiatives in place for future leaders
*Implement a coaching for performance culture across the Business
*Lead the way in digital learning to ensure the Organisation are at the forefront of new technology in terms of increasing learning capacity

About You

The Talent Development Partner will arrive with:
*Between 3 to 5 years relevant experience within the field, ideally gained within a fast-paced, tech based environment
*An ability to design and deliver a full suite of innovative talent programmes
*An outstanding presenting style with an ability to inspire and engage an audience irrespective of its seniority
*Strategic thinking ability to translate a business's objectives in to a talent development strategy
*Up to date knowledge of what is new and innovative in the world of talent development
*Proven expertise in succession planning and realising future talent requirements within a business
*The ability to perform in an agile and often high pressured environment
*A client-focused and proactive outlook with a strong mind-set for continuous improvement

The Business are a global digital service provider established over 20 years ago now operating as the leader in their field. The role will be based out of their global head Office in Manchester.
