Ashley kate are excited to be working with a UK top Law Firm in Liverpool. This role has become available to support the implementation and development of the reward strategy. This extremely successful company have fantastic growth plans and is a great time to join their team.

The role:
·Source comprehensive market data, complete surveys and maintain up to date benchmarking
·Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and complete internal modelling for review and budget purposes
·Assist with the determination of annual salary structures, pay bands and pay policy
·Implement annual pay and share review processes, including setting timescales, managing reports and review systems and organising communication
·Coordinate the implementation and calculation of the bonus schemes
·Undertake job levelling and role profile evaluations and scoring
·Ensure compliance with internal policy, external legislation, equal pay and gender pay, providing reports as necessary
·Day to day management and administration of pensions and benefits, including response to staff queries, liaison with external providers and regulators
·Co-ordinate annual renewals and tenders as required for the provision and development of pensions and benefits
·Investigate and make recommendations for the improvement and development of benefits and wellbeing provision
·Meet monthly with the HR Director and Head of HR to review and update reward strategy and report on progress
·Super user on HR/Payroll system
You will have:
·HR or reward background; experience of payroll administration is also desirable
·Strong analytical skills: ability to collate, interpret data and identify trends and produce reports
·Understanding principles of reward strategy, key components and developments
·Able to develop reward frameworks and models
·Experience of job matching and/or job evaluation or willing to learn
·Understanding of UK employment and pension legislation and taxation requirements
·Understanding of HR and Payroll systems, good IT skills
