SENIOR HR CONSULTANT - LONDON - £50k

Your new company

You will join a dedicated team of HR Consultants at a management consultancy firm based in the City of London.

Your new role

You will provide commercially focused practical HR solutions to a range of external clients across a variety of sectors. will support clients with all technical and strategic HR processes including but not limited to ER case management, TUPE and redundancy.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have proven experience as a senior HR Advisor or Consultant and have a solid generalist background. It is vital that you approach HR projects from a commercial mindset and have a strong understanding on the technical aspects of HR. A strong understanding of various HR systems and CIPD Level 7 are a must. Prior experience with a HR Consultancy position is desirable.
