HR Business Partner - HR Service Delivery for Learning & HR Systems
Birmingham
Paying up to £60k

Who are we?

A Birmingham based, professional services organisation are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their established HR division to manage the day to day operations of the HR Systems including administration and team management of the systems and learning teams. Please note this is a HR Business role not a Systems technical role.

Responsibilities:

*Lead, motivate and develop a team responsible for the consistent global delivery of all learning and development.
*Lead, motivate and develop a team responsible for the management of the day to day use of our HR Systems.
*Manage adhc reports and queries using the SAP system.
*Project management.
*Continuously support, develop and nurture your teams skills to deliver a fantastic service, ensuring that training and development needs are understood, met and succession plans are in place.
*Managing stakeholders across the business, ring fencing the team and pushing back where required to enable workloads to be managed effectively, ensuring you have a close eye that quality is maintained to deliver a "Right First Time" approach.

What we are looking for?

*Proven track record of managing teams within a centralised HR function or a Shared Service Centre.
*Demonstrable success in developing and implementing effective working processes and strategies to include effective leadership and development of teams.
*Experienced in working as part of a management team.
*Ability to effectively manage projects and contribute to the success of business-wide change initiatives.
*CIPD qualification with knowledge of Employment Law is highly advantageous however not necessarily essential if strengths can be demonstrated in all other areas.
*Strong stakeholder management is essential, experience gained within a professional services environment is desirable.
*You will be confident reviewing and continually improving processes and procedures and implementing them.
*Capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Good analytical and process management skills.
