Global Payroll Workforce Lead £55k to £60k + Bonus & Bens - Docklands

A Global Bank with headquarters based in the Docklands seek a hybrid payroll professional who has time & attendance/payroll systems HR Ops transformation experience with a background in a large global matrix environment.

This is newly created role that has been introduced to take ownership of the Time & Attendance processes/services/projects globally. They have 500 employees globally that sit in Work Force Analytics (HR Shared Services). This role will work closely with the regional/global teams.

The role is as follows:

To drive the T&A agenda across the Bank

Review related processes and systems

Deploy short and long-term services enhancements globally

Documenting standards/processes and supporting comms to the regional teams to allow them to take accountability

Ensure SLA, KPIs, performance, legislation/regulated work and transformation is on track - continuous improvement

They have already standardised globally the time off processes, localising time off but the time and attendance is new and not standardised.

Other:

Ideally you will have time and attendance experience (ideally globally but not essential)

A background in large global matrix environments

Ideally come from a Financial/Professional Services background

Successfactors experience is preferred

This role can also be home based with some meetings in the Docklands offices.
