We are pleased to be partnering with a popular SME business based in West Yorkshire who have an excellent opportunity for an interim HR manager to join their business for an initial period of 12 months with a view to going permanent at the end of the fixed term contract.

You will ideally be available to start this role by the middle of May or sooner and be keen to commit to a business long term as opposed to just for this interim period.

You will be joining a growing and ambitious organisation who are going through a period of change and require a HR Manager to lead their team to navigate and support them through this process.

You must be a strong people Manager and have managed a HR team previously in order to succeed in this role where you will be supporting a team of 3. you will report into the HR Director and be part of a wider HR team where you will pride yourself on delivery exceptionally high standard of customer service to the business in meeting their HR needs.

in order to br successful in this role you will already be operating at HR Manager level and be keen to bring fresh ideas and new ways of working to the table. you will come from a background of supporting remote sites and therefore be experienced in establishing stakeholder relationships quickly and effectively on the phone as well as in person in this Head Office based role.

Having a background from within a highly customer service focused industry across multiple sites would be seen as a huge advantage to being short listed for this role as well as the proven ability to operate to these high standard in a highly fast paced sector.

Key areas of expertise will include;
Experience of managing a leading a small HR team
The ability to act as an escalation point for high level or complex Employee Relations case work
Expertise of supporting a business through growth including reviewing of business structures and peoples plans including recruitment
project development work including Reward and Benefits, bonus structures etc.
