I am working with a great charity based in North London who are looking for a permanent HR Assistant to join their team. The role is to provide them with strong administrative support in all aspect of HR and the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on recruitment.

The duties of the role include but are not limited to:

Working with hiring managers to co-ordinate the organisations recruitment and selection process, understand their requirements, post job adverts, guide and advise managers on using the ATS system and manage the progression of vacancies through the recruitment pipeline

Carry out pre-employment checks for new employees and volunteers (including DBS checks)

Prepare offer letters, contracts of employment and reference requests for new employees and volunteers

Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies

Keep the ATS system updated

Act as the first point of contact for all incoming HR enquires

They are looking for someone with 1-2 years of recruitment administration experience who has experience working in a fast paced and high-volume capacity.
