I am working with a great charity based in North London who are looking for a permanent HR Assistant to join their team. The role is to provide them with strong administrative support in all aspect of HR and the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on recruitment.The duties of the role include but are not limited to:Working with hiring managers to co-ordinate the organisations recruitment and selection process, understand their requirements, post job adverts, guide and advise managers on using the ATS system and manage the progression of vacancies through the recruitment pipelineCarry out pre-employment checks for new employees and volunteers (including DBS checks)Prepare offer letters, contracts of employment and reference requests for new employees and volunteersDevelop and maintain relationships with recruitment agenciesKeep the ATS system updatedAct as the first point of contact for all incoming HR enquiresThey are looking for someone with 1-2 years of recruitment administration experience who has experience working in a fast paced and high-volume capacity.Get in touch today for more information on this role.
