Senior Recruiter

You will be working alongside the global HR team, based in Central London and working out of state of the art offices, which makes for a truly inspiring space. We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the firm on a permanent basis. This is not your typical internal recruitment role and it comes with a broad range of responsibility. It will see you take the lead on recruiting for experienced hires and graduates across Europe and Asia. Your teams goal is to attract the best talent in the market so you will be passionate about recruitment and sourcing exceptional talent.

You will ideally have experience working with a range of sourcing methodologies such as: head hunting, LinkedIn sourcing or market mapping. Previous experience in campus/graduate recruitment would be a big plus but not essential. This role would suit someone who has previously worked in agency recruitment but prefers working in an internal recruitment capacity and is looking for a new challenge.

The salary on offer is around £50-55k and is flexible depending on the experience that you bring to the role. On top of your base salary, you will also receive a 10% bonus. On top of a competitive compensation package, the firm offers a suite of great benefits and a great deal of flexibility.
