Just as importantly, our business is growing and as a result we are investing in the HR team to provide the on-going capacity and capability to support business and people led initiatives across all depots and departments. We are looking specifically to fill the following roles with passionate, result focused and talented individuals :
Employee Relations Adviser – ensuring that we manage issues fairly, consistently and with minimal risk is key and this role will be fundamental in facilitating this via a telephony advice service. A real hands-on position, working with people managers on a real time basis to support and coach them through the challenges of treating our colleagues respectfully, but against the high standards expected by the Company. Using information from our HR system to report on performance and trends across our business, this role provides a great opportunity to influence future people development plans.
Resourcing & Retention Adviser – finding the right people to join our great business and ensuring they want to remain a part of it is something we believe to be worthy of investment. This new role will develop tools to assist the business managers to recruit the right people first time and support their on-boarding plans. Analysing data from exit interviews and focus groups and using it to help the HR Business Partners shape the cultural development plans for the depots, this role will play a significant part in understanding and building our employer brand.
HR Business Partner – adding to our already strong team of HRBP’s, this focus of this role is to partner the senior management team of a specific part of the business, embedding processes, supporting the upskilling and development of their teams and shaping and delivering the people priority plans. Facilitating a practical approach to business partnering, the opportunity to make a real difference is huge, as is the scope to make the HR strategy come to life on a daily basis.
