John Morgan, Senior Associate

John is a Senior Associate in our Human Resources group, specialising in employment and industrial relations law. He advises on a broad range of employment law issues, with particularly strong experience in contentious employment law issues, including management of all stages of Employment Tribunal litigation and settlement. He also regularly advises on non-contentious employment issues including drafting executive service agreements, contracts and policies, the preparation and enforcement of restrictive covenants, disciplinary matters, redundancy exercises and TUPE transfers.

John has spent time on secondment within the HR team of a major global bank and within a UK regulator. He also has an interest in cross border employment issues, and spent one year researching American employment and labour law at an Ivy League university.

Leonie McQuaide, Associate

Leonie is an associate in our Human Resources Practice Group, specialising in employment.  Leonie advises on contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law across a variety of clients and sectors.

Non-contentious experience includes contract and policy reviews, settlement agreements, labour relations disputes and day-to-day helpline queries. Leonie also works on a variety of employment tribunal claims, including but not limited to claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, equal pay, worker status and whistleblowing.

Leonie has significant experience managing international projects for large Global organisations, with experience coordinating projects with over fifty jurisdictions. Leonie also has a keen interest in labour relations and has supported on CAC hearings, and European Work Council requests.
