Registration Is Open for IHRE VE 2022 London!

IHRE22

We're excited to announce that registration is now open for IHREVE22! For the 8th successive year, we will be showcasing the latest technology, products, research and thinking for the whole InHouse recruitment community in February to help set you up for the challenges ahead.

This will also be our 4th virtual event and we will again be offering full access for virtual attendees through a best-in-class platform that enables content, networking, interviews, breakouts, and competitions.

Across two days on 1st & 2nd February 2022 we will be hosting several thought leaders and key voices from the InHouse Recruitment space all eager to share their advice, knowledge, and perspectives for a recruitment sector under pressure through a programme of seminars and masterclasses.

We are proud to welcome for the first time the Global Talent Mapping, Talent Pipelining and Executive Search specialists Armstrong Craven as our livestream sponsor, whilst Oleeo, the end-to-end recruitment platform, will return as our silver event sponsors. Our media partners for this event will be HR Grapevine, The Forum for InHouse Recruitment Managers, Personnel Today Jobs, Recruiter Magazine, OnRec and the Institute of Student Employers.

As we start 2022, recruiters are facing mounting challenges. The so-called ‘Great Resignation’ is putting candidate attraction high on the agenda for organisations with recruitment markets tightening as talent retention becomes a priority for many organisations. Employer reputation is one of the key candidate considerations, from how you treated people during the pandemic to what impressions hiring managers leave post interview. A move from job-based HR to skills-based HR puts extra pressure on recruiters to hire for potential rather than previous experience, placing assessment technology and the way you use AI in the spotlight. And now more than ever a quality candidate experience remains critical to attracting and hiring the people you need.

Opening our seminar sessions will be globally renowned HR Technology Analyst David Wilson from Fosway Group, Europe’s number one HR industry analysts. He will be sharing their latest research on how Talent Acquisition technology is changing InHouse Recruitment priorities, what the current realities and challenges are for Talent Acquisition teams, and what Talent Acquisition leaders can do to influence strategy. He will be followed by Claire Stewart from our livestream sponsors Armstrong Craven to explain why leadership risk and succession planning needs to be at the heart of your DE & I strategy. Isabel Hung, a well-respected senior recruitment specialist from ForgeRock, will talk about setting up an in-house executive hiring function, sharing some very useful insights on the importance of commercial understanding and market knowledge, knowing the business’ agenda, and understanding your stakeholders’ perspectives.

In a not to be missed session you can hear Radancy’s Steven Ehrlich, a respected voice in the recruitment sphere, share his knowledge and insights on solving complex recruiting challenges through the best use of data and artificial intelligence. In other seminars, Karen Moran, a partner at Disruptive HR, will explain how to make your organisation a magnet for the best talent, and with 87% of jobseekers saying that it is the way they are treated during the application and interview stages that will determine whether they join you or not, researcher, author and talent analyst Mervyn Dinnen showcases the 5 ways to improve your candidate experience. Meanwhile Raj Hunjan of Goodyear will guide us through his best practice approach to all the stages of the recruitment process, from interviewing to offer and onboarding.

Our masterclass sessions will also provide valuable insights and experiences for all attendees. Our opening session will cover a very topical challenge, as Sophie Low, who is part of the Guys & St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust, explains in an enlightening session how they were able to recruit, train and retain a brand-new workforce for their COVID-19 vaccination programme,. Phil Wilson of the Civil Service Fast Stream will give us an overview on how they have delivered a diversity and inclusion strategy in the early talent space to maximise attraction, representation, and inclusion.

We will hear from Paul Thorley of the Education Development Trust about sourcing and talent pooling both national and international talent for international assignments, and with a growing focus on early talent in the wider recruitment market, Rebecca Fielding of GradConsult will host a rapid-fire masterclass of practical ideas, takeaways, and suggestions for improving both your university partnerships, and your overall university targeting strategy.

Registration for IHREVE 22 is now live and open! 2022 is set to be a momentous year in our sector. Fosway research found 93% of HR teams saying they had changed their strategies through Covid 19. The way we attract and hire the talent we need is changing, and InHouse Recruitment will be at the forefront.

There’s no better way to prepare than to register for IHREVE 22 and check out the range of knowledge and insights that could help you supercharge your InHouse Recruitment team. Also remember to keep checking back for new sessions, as we are still signing up more insightful and informative speakers!

We look forward to seeing you there!
