Introducing the Talent Trends 2016 recruitment marketing event

Talent TrendsIntroducing Talent Trends 2016, a one-day conference for HR professionals designed to help companies and brands energise their recruitment. This event will bring together thoughtful, influencer-led presentations, and a panel session at the Cavendish Conference Centre in Marylebone on 19th April 2016.

As part of the event, experts will debate current trends within the graduate sector and their effect on recruitment. In a session sponsored by Milkround, the country’s most widely used graduate and student job website, Alexandra Sydney, Recruitment Solutions Director at News UK, will offer her insight. With a background in marketing, Sydney has worked in the recruitment industry for nine years in a variety of marketing and product roles, before moving into her most recent position.

“News UK and Milkround are extremely excited to be a part of what we are sure will be a fantastic event put on by Accord,” Sydney said in anticipation. “Having worked with Accord over the last eight years, it’s clear the insight and advice they can provide to the recruitment industry is at a very high level.”

The event also feature the help of Harbour ATS to foster a discussion on effective talent tracking through the recruitment process. The Managing Director of Harbour, Alex Hens, will provide attendees with information on new tracking tools to help maximise talent development. With a broad employment background, as well as in-depth recruitment communications experience, Alex has been a leader in digital innovation for over a decade.

Another exciting addition to the programme, Lauren Wright, Head of Global Business Expansion at Glassdoor’s London office, will be on hand to discuss the value and importance of candidate feedback. Wright will lead a session exploring how candidate reviews and feedback affect employer brand.

The fourth speaker to be featured at the event will be Francesca Campalani, Head of Attraction at Deloitte. Campalani will help recruiters understand the power of employer marketing and talent branding in the creation of interesting and innovative pathways from initial recruitment to ultimately successful hires.
