Oakleaf Partnership, the specialist HR, Reward and Payroll recruitment business, have announced five new hires as they continue their growth across core sectors and new business areas.
Charlotte Henney bolsters Oakleaf Executive’s specialist US reward business. Based in North Carolina, her focus is on senior compensation, benefits and total reward positions in the Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Atlanta and North Carolina areas. She was previously with a leading UK HR Search firm, with an extensive background in HR prior to this. Charlotte added: “Being fully immersed in society here, learning the culture and interacting with its character helps me deliver my core role at Oakleaf Executive, focusing on the underrepresented reward market.”
Max Horton joins from Michael Page where he managed and specialised in the recruitment of Interim HR and Reward professionals. He will manage the specialist TMT and Consumer teams within Oakleaf’s Commerce & Industry division. He commented: “I was thrilled to join Oakleaf Partnership and help grow our commerce and industry division. Having the opportunity to contribute to, and build upon, such a well-respected HR specialist is very exciting”.
Max is joined in our Commerce & Industry team by Nick Ward. Nick joins our growing specialist Not for Profit team as Associate Consultant and spoke of his new role: “ I look forward to working alongside an amazing and accomplished team, as I build my network of inspiring HR professionals.”.
Alex Wade has specialised in HR recruitment at Advantage Resourcing, Macmillan Davies and latterly, with LMA. She joins Oakleaf’s Financial Services team to specialise in senior HR interim and contract recruitment. She added: “I was very excited to join Oakleaf and work with the best HR consultants in the industry!”.
Tierny Lacey joins Oakleaf’s specialist Reward & Analytics team, recruiting interim roles in the financial and professional services space. Tierny previously specialised in the IT and insurance recruitment markets, commenting: “I was desperate to find a company just like Oakleaf, a company that has strong values. I put my all into building strong relationships with candidates and supporting client needs at every chance I can.”
