Specialist HR, Reward and Payroll recruitment business Oakleaf Partnership have hired five new starters as they move into the financial year with real optimism.

Rachael Bailey was on the leadership team previously with Parkside Recruitment and Bucks and Berks Recruitment. She joins as Sales Manager to drive the firm’s growth in the HR Not for Profit sector as part of the successful Commerce & Industry division.  Richard Walton joins her as a Sales Manager in Commerce & Industry, focusing on interim hires in the Industry, Science and Consumer sectors. Richard has over 12 years’ experience in HR, Finance and Secretarial recruitment, latterly running his own consultancy.  Having also previously led her own recruitment business, in South Africa, Cathrine McCarroll joins Oakleaf as a Senior Consultant focusing on Reward, MI & Analytics recruitment with a focus on the financial services sector.

Caroline Usher joins Oakleaf to specialise in interim recruitment within the established Financial Services division, having previously worked with Tate Recruitment. Oakleaf’s growing Payroll team is bolstered by the hiring of Sam Field to focus on growing their interim offering into the Commerce and Industry space.
