The SR Group announce senior leadership promotions.
Search and recruitment firm The SR Group today announce a series of promotions in its senior management team.
Darren Wentworth assumes the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), Nikki Newton is promoted to Partner at Taylor Root, and Ben Wood is promoted to Partner at Frazer Jones.

Darren took over the leadership of Frazer Jones in 2010, leading the human resources recruitment business to become one of the largest global specialists. He has been integral to the growth of Frazer Jones both in the UK and internationally, particularly when entering the US and European markets. As COO he will be responsible for driving The SR Group’s growth, as well as evolving its operational practices throughout the front, middle and back office.
Nikki, of the group’s legal brand Taylor Root, will manage its UK in-house business alongside Sarah Ingwersen (Partner and Head of In-house, Taylor Root). Ben, of Frazer Jones, has focused on the brand’s growth in the financial services markets and will join a strong UK partner team comprising Nick Croucher and Clare Thornton.
With 17 and 16 years’ experience respectively, Nikki and Ben are well placed to continue to grow the brands’ offerings to clients and candidates across the UK.
