We have current seasonal vacancies for experienced Chefs and Cooks at several locations across the UK and France. Flexible-length contracts are available, starting in March or April 2010.

Formal qualifications are a benefit, but not essential as we’re more interested in your work history to prove that you can do the job. You’ll be preparing wholesome, canteen-style meals for our young guests and staff, three times a day, six days a week in a split shift rota pattern.

Covers depend on the number of guests at the centre, with our smallest catering for just 50 and the largest for almost 1,000 per meal time. There’s plenty of scope for personal development and options for you to chose the size of operation that suits your skills and experience – and career aims for the future.
