HR Solutions is an award-winning HR and Health and Safety consultancy. We’re experts in the field, having delivered outsourced HR consultancy for more than 20 years.  

We’ve been in business for a while, but we’re growing fast. After identifying a gap in the market, we recently introduced a Health & Safety consultancy service for our clients. And in August 2020, we welcomed local HR consultancy, Crispin Rhodes, to the HR Solutions family, widening the service offering for those clients.

Our people are at the heart of what we do, which is why we invest and develop our team members by offering regular training and opportunities to enhance their skills and achieve their career goals. We’ve established a sound onboarding process for new starters meaning you’ll be in safe hands with our passionate team.

We offer a full service for our clients. From Payroll to Administration, Health and Safety to Recruitment, we take the stress out of managing a workforce for over 400 businesses, across multiple industries.

Our growing team of 27 is experienced in helping small business to multi-nationals. Our retained clients are matched with a dedicated HR and/or Health & Safety Consultant, supported by knowledgeable HR Advisors and Administrators.

Our HR Knowledge Managers work closely with our team to develop their knowledge on the latest changes to legislation and current issues, including GDPR, Furlough and Employment Law.

We’re big enough to help. But small enough to care.
