It is an exciting time for you to join the Council as we have recently brought together our HR, workforce and change teams who will be supporting services to achieve their outcomes. You will have the opportunity to help shape the way we work to ensure we achieve maximum impact.
We are particularly looking for experienced HR, OD, L&D and change professionals who can operate as strategic enablers to fill a variety of posts including covering organisational change and development, policy, pay and reward and Learning & Development. We may also have some roles for less experienced / newly qualified HR professionals.
You will build strong relationships with senior business leaders and other stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes. You will challenge thinking to design and deliver solutions to meet business needs. You will need to be able to evidence successful delivery of complex HR and change projects, a professional qualification in HR/L&D or Change, or equivalent experience, and a collaborative approach to working.
