The Recruiter has overall responsibility for recruitment needs primarily of the operation at Heathrow, Middlesex, but there may be need to provide support at other airports. The Recruiter will work with available resources and team members to deliver the headcount demands of the operation.
My client is a fast expanding organisation with a focus on customer service delivery to the aviation sector. My client has a proven record of development and now operate from 13 Airports around the UK.
Responsibilities and Tasks of the Recruiter:Owning the recruitment process from beginning to end: ensuring approval for roles, designing and posting adverts through appropriate media, designing and delivering the process for sifting and selection of candidates through interviews and/or assessment centres.
Responsible for communication with candidates and on boarding with the relevant induction training and processes. Liaison with the ID Pass Team.Liaison - Communicate effectively with all levels of management and assist in the development of strategic plans for recruitment activity. Implement and manage operational plans.Reporting - Report weekly progress against targets and be integral within the forecasting process.

A 6 month contract role with the possibility of going permanent. Offering salary of £30,000 - 32,000.
Fast paced Recruiter role mainly based in Heathrow, Middlesex, but must be willing to travel to other locations.
