HR Systems Project Manager
Forest Enterprise England (FEE) is an agency of the Forestry Commission (FC).
FEE is geographically spread across 6 Forest Districts, delivers a wide range of services and has significant customer engagement. An excellent HR function is essential to our continued success and over the next few years FEE will establish new HR services arrangements and move away from the existing FC shared service as part of the overall change across FC.
To enable this transition, FEE is seeking a Project Manager to work with colleagues across the organisation, including shared services, to support the implementation of our future HR systems and service.
This post holder will be responsible for project managing the establishment of our new HR systems and services arrangements, and for delivering discrete aspects of that change. It is essential that the successful applicant has strong project management skills, proven experience in managing HR and Payroll systems change projects, and an understanding of the associated business processes.
This is an exciting time and we are looking for a Project Manager to join the FEE HR team at the start of an important programme, working in a dynamic environment.
