Your new role
You will join an Internal Recruitment team and be responsible for the recruitment of roles with salaries ranging from £15,000 to £95,000. You will liaise with hiring mangers to understand their requirements and manage the 360 recruitment process from advertising, sifting and screening candidates, organising interviews and assessments, to offer management. You will also be required to directly source candidates including utilising social media. The role is site based.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an Inhouse Recruiter with experienced gain within professional and corporate environments. You will be able to demonstrate expertise in 360 recruitment and direct sourcing. You will be confident, well organised and able to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 plus excellent benefits
