Reward Manager - Southgate, London
circa £65,000 dependent on exp.
Metropolitan is looking for a Reward Manager to join our organisation based in Southgate, London. Reporting to the Executive Director of People you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive reward service to the business.
This role will support the delivery of the reward strategy, aligned to the long term HR strategy, and overall business objectives. The ideal person will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of future reward policies and processes, ensuring they remain competitive and attractive and drive colleague engagement. The role holder will be the subject matter reward expert, providing specialist support and advice to all stakeholders, including the HR team.
As part of the larger HR team you will work closely with your colleagues to provide pro-active reward solutions. The organisation has an active employee wellbeing and engagement commitment so you will be leading the ongoing design and delivery of a reward framework that will promote Metropolitan effectively in the engagement and wellbeing space. With a small team you will have operational leadership of the annual bonus and pay review processes and the reward agenda.
You will also work in partnership with the external reward advisor on remuneration committee matters. You will possess excellent influencing and relationship building skills, inspire confidence with senior stakeholders and work as expert advisor and trusted partner at both strategic and tactical levels. You will possess a flexible ‘can do’ approach to achieve key tasks as well as being creative and bringing fresh thinking.
You will be someone with a proven background in reward with demonstrable experience of all reward activities and processes in a medium size business or a division of a larger company.
