Exec Reward Manager
We are partnering with a FTSE250 organisation on an Exec Reward Manager position, reporting into the Group Reward Director and working closely with the HR Director; you will take full ownership of reward policies, arrangements and operational delivery of the Executive population, as well as full management of the Remco cycle.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background in a specialist Executive Compensation capacity from a UK PLC, have produced Remco and ideally Directors’ Remuneration Report (DRR) to Group level either from an in-house or consultancy background.
