The Role

We are looking for a naturally inspirational leader who can deliver an ambitious organisational development agenda to support our strategic ambitions.

This is a pivotal role which will require the successful candidate to reposition the HR function by forging strong relationships and delivering effective HR strategies.

The role will lead on all aspects of the HR service incorporating, organisational development, payroll and transformational change.

The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to deliver our transformation programme and our commercial agenda.

The Person

Professionally qualified to either Chartered Member (MCIPD) or a Chartered Fellow (FCIPD) level, you will have significant experience of working at a senior level of HR management in large and complex organisations.

You will be able to demonstrate an impressive track record of delivering effective HR services and solutions and providing excellent customer service.
