My client, a fast growing and ambitious Utility business are currently seeking a new Learning & Development Partner based in their Hatfield office.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to really get involved with leading the early careers and apprenticeship agenda forward, as well as working with key internal stakeholders ensuring the delivery of the mandatory training is up date and running smoothly. Apprentice levy is desired. As well as this you will also be required to work with third party training providers to ensure they are operating in the correct and most helpful way possible.Typical Duties:Leading on our Early Careers agenda (Apprenticeships)Ensure effective delivery of all mandatory trainingLeading on L&D reporting whilst advising the business on trends and future recommendationsBeing a key part of the decision making around the future strategy of L&D for the businessSupporting the delivery of training interventions where appropriate The right candidate for this role will have experience working within an L&D function, as well as leading a technical skill agenda and have experience with strong stakeholder management.
